Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (GMT), London time

Depending on availability, certain items may be shipped from our EU warehouse to ensure faster processing and reliable delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or local conditions, but most orders arrive within the stated window.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Customs & Import Fees

UK customers will not be charged additional customs or import fees on delivery.


4. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may still return the items under our Refund Policy.
